Tee- unisex fit, recommend ordering your normal size. If you want yours extra relaxed size up one

Sweatshirt- vendor recommends SIZING up one for regular true to size fit , two sizes for roomier, relaxed fit! I’m probably going to go up two sizes, I like mine relaxed and roomy.
